- Sales and support are in English and Arabic. The product itself runs in 20 interface languages, and every customer e-mail is bilingual.
- Where is my data stored?
- Skyline Nexus ERP is hosted in the European Union (Oracle Cloud, Frankfurt, Germany) under GDPR, with daily backups kept in the EU. Customers who must keep data in their own country — for example Saudi organisations with in-Kingdom residency requirements, or Canadian public bodies — can ask for regional hosting before sign-up and we confirm what we can provide.
- Is the free month really free?
- Yes. The first month of any plan is free, no card needed. You keep your data if you continue and can export it if you do not.
