India
Skyline Nexus ERP links the shop counter to the ledger for businesses across India: once auto-posting is switched on, each final POS sale posts its own balanced journal, so the trial balance stays current.
India onboarding runs through a waitlist and a demo, and this page states plainly which GST tasks the software handles today and which are still on the roadmap.
Plans from $19 per month, plus VAT where it applies · Prices shown in USD; we do not publish a price list for India yet.

India at a glance
Official figures for India are being verified; we only publish numbers with a named source.
India has one Goods and Services Tax, but it is administered through State-wise registrations. Each of the 28 States and 8 Union Territories has its own two-digit code, and every GSTIN begins with it: 07 for Delhi, 27 for Maharashtra, 29 for Karnataka. A sale inside one State carries CGST plus SGST, or CGST plus UTGST in the five Union Territories without a legislature, while a sale to another State carries IGST at the full rate.
For a business that trades in more than one State, that structure has real weight. A distributor in Indore that opens a depot in Nagpur needs a second registration, a second invoice series and a second set of returns, yet the owner still wants one view of stock, cash and profit. Software for India therefore has to keep branches apart for tax and bring them together for management. Skyline Nexus ERP is built around exactly that split.
Skyline Nexus ERP covers the daily work of a shop, a distributor or a small factory in one system. The POS handles cash registers, restaurant and kitchen features and weighing-scale integration. Purchases, supplier bills and returns sit next to inventory that is held per location and costed by FIFO or LIFO, so cost of goods follows the actual lots sold rather than an estimate typed in at year end.
Beyond the counter, Skyline Nexus brings CRM (leads, follow-ups, campaigns and proposals), projects with tasks, milestones and budgets, MES manufacturing with work orders, bills of materials and routings, CMMS maintenance and asset records, plus cost centres with budget against actual. Module availability depends on the package you choose. The interface is in English with a Hindi interface translation available, the business currency can be INR, and dates can follow the dd-mm-yyyy format Indian accountants expect.
In Skyline Nexus ERP an administrator switches on Auto-post Sales Transactions in the accounting settings; the toggles start off. From then on, every final POS sale or sales invoice posts a balanced journal right after it is saved: cash or receivable on one side, sales by category and output tax on the other, and cost of goods against inventory at the cost of the lot consumed. Drafts and quotations do not post.
Purchases, purchase returns, customer and supplier payments and expenses post the same way. The result is that the Trial Balance, the Income Statement with previous-period comparison, the Balance Sheet, the Cash Flow statement, the General Ledger, the Day Book and receivable and payable ageing are current on any working day. A Data Verification report compares the trial balance, ledger entries and POS transactions, and the Audit Pack exports the year's books to one Excel workbook for your chartered accountant.
Under GST law a business needs a separate registration in each State or Union Territory where it supplies from, so a chain with outlets in Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai holds three GSTINs. Skyline Nexus ERP models each outlet or depot as a business location with its own invoice numbering scheme, invoice layout, payment methods and stock. Staff can be limited to the locations they work in, and location-wise stock reports show what sits where.
The trial balance, profit and loss account and balance sheet in Skyline Nexus can be filtered by branch or shown for all locations together. Two caveats matter: opening balances in the general ledger are left out of the per-branch view, and the Cash Flow statement has no branch filter. Stock transfers between locations move quantities but do not post to the ledger, and a transfer between two GSTINs of one company is a taxable supply, so bill it as a sale.
India tax integration
Every State and union territory has its own two-digit GST State code, and every GSTIN starts with it. A sale inside a State carries CGST + SGST (CGST + UTGST in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Ladakh and Chandigarh); a sale between States carries IGST. A business needs a GSTIN in each State where it has a place of business. In Skyline Nexus ERP you set up the tax groups and choose the intra-State or inter-State group on the sale.
GST rates in force since 22 September 2025 (5%, 18%, 40%; 0.25%, 1.5% and 3% for stones and jewellery) and older rates for past periods; a cess as an extra component of a tax group.
Tax groups combining CGST + SGST (or UTGST) into one rate, plus IGST rates, set per product and chosen per sale.
Prices entered tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive per product; the POS works out the tax either way.
Your GSTIN as the business tax number and the customer's GSTIN on the contact record, both printed on invoices.
An HSN column on invoices from the product category code, an editable invoice heading (for example "Tax Invoice" or "Bill of Supply") and a receipt design that prints each tax component in its own column.
Credit notes for sales returns, debit notes for sales and purchases, and purchase returns.
With auto-posting on, every final sale, return, purchase and expense posts output or input tax to its own ledger account, matching the tax report.
Branches with their own invoice numbering and invoice layout; a branch's own GSTIN can be printed on its invoices from a location field.
Tax report: input tax on purchases, output tax on sales and tax on expenses for any period, branch or contact.
Trial balance, general ledger and day book with the input and output tax accounts, exported to Excel or PDF.
Audit Pack: one Excel workbook with trial balance, balance sheet, P&L, journals, sales, purchases and a ledger tax summary.
Sales and purchase lists your chartered accountant can use to prepare GST returns. Skyline Nexus ERP does not file returns itself.
Automatic CGST + SGST or IGST from the place of supply.
HSN and SAC codes per item with validation, and separate B2B, B2C and export invoice types.
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B style summaries and input tax credit matching: ask us.
E-invoicing through the Invoice Registration Portal (IRN and signed QR): the India connector is built but not live. Ask us for your go-live date.
E-way bills and direct filing on the GST portal.
Reverse-charge marking for India, TDS and TCS.
Indian payroll items (PF, ESI, professional tax) are not offered: payroll in Skyline Nexus ERP is built for Saudi Arabia.

What works today in Skyline Nexus ERP: you set up GST rates and tax groups, for example CGST 9% plus SGST 9% for a sale inside the State or IGST 18% for a sale to another State, and pick the right group on products and invoices yourself. The slabs in force since 22 September 2025 are mainly 5%, 18% and 40%. Invoices can print an HSN column taken from the product category code, and the amount in words can follow lakh and crore.
What is not live yet: suppliers above INR 5 crore aggregate turnover must report B2B invoices to the IRP for an IRN, which Skyline Nexus does not do yet. E-way bills for goods worth more than INR 50,000 are not generated, and GSTR returns are not prepared or filed from the system, so your accountant's filing routine stays. Automatic place-of-supply switching, offline billing, TDS and TCS handling and Indian payroll are not available either.
India onboarding for Skyline Nexus ERP currently runs through the India waitlist and a live demo: use Join the waitlist, Book a demo or Ask on WhatsApp on this page. Support comes by WhatsApp, phone and e-mail; there is no office in India. Each State and Union Territory page explains its State code, whether CGST pairs with SGST or UTGST, and its registration threshold, and the city pages cover local markets from Mumbai to Kolkata.
Before the demo, prepare the data that makes the first week productive: your product list and opening stock for CSV import, customers and suppliers with GSTIN and opening balances, your chart of accounts and the branches you run in each State. Skyline Nexus is set up with a financial year starting in April, INR as the currency, dd-mm-yyyy dates and Indian-system amounts in words on invoices.
No, not yet. Suppliers whose aggregate turnover exceeds INR 5 crore must obtain an IRN from the Invoice Registration Portal for B2B invoices, and Skyline Nexus ERP does not connect to the IRP today. Businesses under that limit can issue invoices from Skyline Nexus with GST tax groups and an HSN column. Larger suppliers should join the waitlist and keep their current IRN route until the connection is live.
UTGST replaces SGST in the Union Territories without their own legislature: Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Ladakh and Chandigarh. Delhi, Puducherry and Jammu and Kashmir have legislatures and use SGST. In Skyline Nexus ERP you create a CGST plus UTGST tax group for such a branch and select it on local sales, because the software does not switch groups by place of supply.
Yes. Skyline Nexus ERP treats each depot as a business location with its own invoice numbering, invoice layout, payment methods and stock, which matches the separate GSTIN a distributor holds in each State. Reports such as the trial balance and balance sheet can be read per depot or consolidated. Inter-State transfers between GSTINs are taxable supplies, so they should be billed as sales between branches.
Skyline Nexus ERP includes MES manufacturing with work orders, bills of materials and routings, alongside purchases, FIFO or LIFO stock costing and CMMS maintenance for machines, depending on the package. A small Indian manufacturer can therefore track raw material, production and finished goods in the same ledger that carries its sales. Indian payroll for PF and ESI is not part of Skyline Nexus, so wages stay in a separate tool.
Many billing apps print GST bills and count stock, while the books are often kept elsewhere and rebuilt at month or year end. Skyline Nexus ERP posts each final POS sale to a double-entry ledger once auto-posting is on, so the trial balance, P&L and balance sheet are current and filter by branch. Some billing apps are ahead today on IRN, e-way bills and offline billing, which Skyline Nexus does not offer yet.
Skyline Nexus ERP runs with an English interface and a Hindi interface translation is available for staff who prefer it. The business currency can be set to INR, dates to dd-mm-yyyy and the financial year to start in April. Invoices can print the amount in words in the Indian system with lakh and crore, while figures themselves use standard thousands separators.
